Applications are sought from suitably qualified applicants wishing to be considered for the role of Data Analyst (Band 6) within the AFP, Digital Forensics (DF) Complex Evidence Review and Enrichment Team (CERET).DF CERET is a growing team who use forensic, legal technology and data analysis software to manage, analyse, review and gain critical insights into large volumes of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) in support of AFP investigations and other internal stakeholders.We have a team of high-performing talented people who are passionate about what they do.The successful candidate(s) will be working alongside Data Scientists, DF Examiners and other DF specialists.You will be providing operational support to active investigations by preparing, enriching and delivering ESI material to multiple stakeholders including investigators, lawyers and partner agencies through Forensic and Legal Technology software.The role is varied in the day-to-day activities and may involve assisting stakeholders with the usage of Legal Technology software, processing and performing quality assurance on ESI etc.You will also be required to contribute to the achievement of outcomes in accordance with the regulatory framework, the AFP Code of Conduct and the AFP Governance Instruments.It is expected that the successful applicant will deliver on the core responsibilities and meet any requirements of the position as outlined below.What will you do?
