About the opportunity The Reward and Benefits Specialist supports the Senior Manager Reward & Payroll with the planning, administration, delivery and implementation of all aspects of the organisational reward framework. With a strong focus on delivering high quality reward and benefits services, this role will support the delivery of important operational, annual and cyclical performance reward and benefit processes to support organisational outcomes. This role will combine strong skills and experience in advanced data modelling and analytics to deliver the annual performance cycle for over 2,700 employees, provide insights into incentive design, perform regular and ad-hoc data requests and reporting, prepare costing calculations and approaches as well lead the completion of various reporting, salary survey and external benchmarking processes and market position matching exercises that inform the remuneration, reward and benefits landscape. The role will also support the Senior Manager Reward & Benefits in developing and designing employee incentive schemes and fixed and variable remuneration approaches, while also using specialised performance and reward knowledge to undertake job evaluation and grading processes. Essential role requirements Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Commerce/Business, Mathematics, Finance, Human Resources or related field) and/or the equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience.
