This role is accountable for multiple Community Bank branches delivering tailored financial solutions for our customers and growing our businessAs part of the Community Bank BDCU leadership team, you’ll bring the winning combination of operational management, lending know-how, strategic business development and positive people leadership.This role has significant people, commercial and operational responsibility and accountabilities that will contribute and ensure a sustainable, commercially viable Community Bank BDCU. This requires active management of the company profit and loss, cost to income ratio and overall growth.Participation in your local community initiatives is an expectation of the position where travel, weekend work or work out of hours may be required on occasion.This position is located at Community Bank BDCU in the Southern Highlands and Tablelands, NSW. The role could suit someone living locally in theSouthern Highlands, candidates from areas such as Wollongong, Illawarra, Canberra, Southern Sydney/M5 corridor are also encouraged to apply.
