By tailoring their service to the needs of their clients, they offer their clientele complete peace of mind and a boating lifestyle which is hassle-free. With a high-performing, experienced and knowledgeable team, they are now looking for a marketing, PR and digital content specialist to join them in their Rushcutters Bay offices. The Role Working in stunning Rushcutters Bay, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing, PR, and digital content strategies that elevate the brand’s visibility and customer engagement. With a strong background in digital marketing, PR, and social media and experience in content development and brand storytelling, you will use your strategic and analytical thinking together with your hands-on content creation skills to achieve significant results and make a real impact. Duties Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Create and execute the brand messaging, ensuring alignment across all channels to maintain a consistent and compelling voice. Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Digital Content Creation & Social Media Management Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content across digital platforms, including social media, website, email, and blogs. Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with a focus on engaging content that resonates with the luxury boating audience. Develop a content calendar and schedule posts that align with brand objectives, key events, and seasonal promotions. Public Relations & Media Relations Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure press coverage and feature stories. Write press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials that showcase unique offerings and industry leadership. Identify and capitalize on PR opportunities, such as partnerships, sponsorships, and events that enhance brand reputation. Email Marketing & Client Communications Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships, promote new offerings, and announce events. Develop engaging newsletters and personalized email sequences to drive engagement and loyalty among owners. Monitor email performance, optimize content, and implement best practices for deliverability and conversion. Website & SEO Management Oversee website content updates, ensuring an engaging, user-friendly experience that aligns with SEO best practices. Monitor and improve website traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings through SEO-optimized content. Work with web developers and designers as needed to improve site functionality and aesthetics. Event Marketing & Owner Engagement Support the planning and promotion of owner events, such as Boat shows (twice a year at the minimum), and owner and staff functions. Collaborate with the operations team to develop marketing materials that enhance owner engagement and participation. Create content that highlights event experiences, capturing the essence of the lifestyle for future marketing use. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 2 years of experience in marketing, PR, or digital content, preferably in the luxury, marine, or lifestyle sector. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign management. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Photography and videography skills, with experience in content editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). Flexibility and adaptability to work in a busy environment where standards are high. A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude.
