The role will collaborate with several business stakeholders and third parties to address day to day maintenance, major and minor requests, incidents, and changes associated with the enterprise network.We are seeking a dynamic professional with advanced expertise in critical thinking, digital literacy, and stakeholder management, capable of leading innovative solutions and optimizing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate demonstrates adaptability, outcomes-focused strategies, and collaborative leadership, driving impactful results across diverse stakeholders and complex challenges.Position Outcomes / AccountabilitiesSubject Matter Expert – The incumbent has provided network related subject matter expertise consultancy to stakeholders across the Department.Maintenance of Assets and Services – The Technical Service Manager – Networks has ensured that network assets and associated services have been proactively maintained to business expectations. This includes the effective maintenance of current state documentation and artefacts for network assets and services.Service Delivery – The incumbent has fulfilled and resolved requests, incidents, and defects according to agreed service levels.Compliance – Operational compliance and standards have been applied to the DOT enterprise network.Stakeholder Management - The incumbent has established their credibility and that of their team, and has gained the trust of key stakeholders through the delivery of great service.
