This role entails working closely with our Head Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen productivity including assisting with menu development, monitoring and ordering supplies, overseeing work safe practices and scheduling staff shifts.The duties and responsibilities include managing our kitchen team, directing food preparation, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety and ensuring all dishes are created and presented to the high standards we are known for.To apply you must be a qualified Chef, have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, have the necessary skills to assist our head chef daily and be able to step up when he is away.
