Role - Life Insurance: Customer Service and Paraplanning We are looking to add a team member eager to engage in a client service role and paraplanning role with experience in the life insurance market. While paraplanning will be an integral aspect of the role, if this is not part of your experience, this can be trained within our team. The position offers the ability to grow into a senior client service role, senior paraplanning role or financial planning role. Progression can be fast tracked if appropriate for the candidate.Duties will include the following:Assisting with day-to-day client relationships and supporting the office manager with client service functions.Providing administrative support to four advisers and other team members.Preparation of information from insurers and existing records for the preparation of documents for client reviews.Preparing simple insurance advice documents.Administration relating to implementation of insurance cover.Potential testing and implementation of new advice technology initiativesOther duties as required including client file managementThe position offered is on a full time basis (4 days will be considered), with some flexibility offered with your work schedule and a part work-from-home option available. Those looking to pursue further studies will be supported during this journey.To be considered for this role, you will have a passion for the life insurance sector and have a personality that allows you to engage well with other team members and clients.
