This is a term-time continuing position for 24hpw, commencing from January 2025. This position will comprise of 16.5hpw as Administration Secretary (School Officer Level 3) and 7.5hpw as Workplace Health and Safety Officer (School Officer Level 4) The Administration Secretary is a key role in our school office, providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families as well as supporting students, staff and the school leadership team in a variety of ways. Outstanding interpersonal skills, good attention to detail and effective organisational and technological capabilities are pre-requisites of the successful applicant. The Administration Secretary will provide a variety of secretarial and administrative support which enables the maintenance of efficient administration systems which serve the educational function of the school. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills.
