Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Information Management and Records Specialist to lead and manage the information and records management function across the agency. This is a Canberra-based role with a hybrid working arrangement.
About the Role:
This 6-month contract has the option to extend for another 6 months. To be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen with NV1 security clearance.
You will manage and contribute to the development and implementation of an information and records management strategy that supports business objectives and meets legislative, regulatory, and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate access to records and establish best standards and practices for information and records management across client's digital and physical information systems.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and processes for information and records management in alignment with best practice and standards.
* Provide strategic and operational leadership and direction on information and records management issues, initiatives, and projects.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in information management, records management, and/or knowledge management.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of government recordkeeping regulations and frameworks.
* Experience with EDRMS or similar technology or systems for managing information and data.
* Highly desirable: Experience with Content Manager 10 and Microsoft 365.
