You will be an autonomous and independent professional, capable of driving business analysis activities while working closely with IT Project Managers to ensure project success.In this role, you will engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business and IT departments, demonstrating your adeptness in communication and collaboration. Your extensive experience as a Business Analyst within project teams will be crucial as you navigate various delivery methodologies, including hybrid SDLC and Agile frameworks.We want you to elicit, analyse, and validate organisational requirements while flexing your communication skills to work cross-functionally. Additionally, you will document as-is and to-be business processes to identify business changes. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for IT and business analysis, we would love to hear from you!Join us and contribute to the success of our innovative projects.What we are looking forTo be successful, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Business Analysis with proficiency using productivity tools like Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, Visio, and Confluence.You are adept at being agile while under pressure, with proven experience working with dynamic global and local teams, including vendors.Experience leading and facilitating requirements gathering workshops, to successfully capture functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, business process models, and screen mock-ups.You are a team player, having substantial experience working with Project Managers and a solid understanding of the role of a BA in the project delivery process.You will be self-sufficient and adept at driving your activities independently.You possess strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a sharp aptitude for analysis and creative problem-solving.Desirable: experience working on a large scale SAAS transformation project would be preferred but not essential.About UsSpecsavers are rated the market leader for eye tests, the retailer of choice for contact lenses and one of the fastest growing hearing providers in Australia and New Zealand.
