Le Moulin Bakery is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic full-time baker to join our team. The role involves preparing a variety of rolls, sourdoughs, traditional breads, and cakes. We're looking for someone with a true passion for baking and the ability to work night shifts. Your employment will be based at our premises located at Unit 1, 55 Horus Bend, Bibra Lake, WA 6163 Key responsibilities include: Following recipes accurately Measuring and checking the quality of ingredients Mixing and scaling doughs Hand molding dough Operating bakery equipment Using stone and rack ovens Performing heavy lifting (up to 25kg) Cleaning, greasing, and maintaining bakery equipment Requirement: A valid visa with full working rights A minimum of two years of full-time experience in a similar role A current and valid police clearance Capability to work night shifts and manage physically demanding tasks Expertise in operating bakery equipment, including stone and rack ovens Exceptional attention to detail and precision in following recipes A strong dedication to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene The salary is based on 38 hours per week at $75k to $85k per annum plus superannuation, depending on experience.
