About the Role
You'll work with a supportive Relationship Manager to build trusted relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise owners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the customer's business and financial needs.
* Apply a customer-centric approach to support the customer's business needs with suitable products and services.
* Maintain a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
What Will You Bring?
* Prior experience in a commercial banking frontline role and commercial lending.
* Ability to manage strong customer relationships by handling service queries and solving minor issues.
* Familiarity with risk management concepts, particularly in credit risk, risk, and market risk.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as KYC (Know your Customer) and AML (anti-money laundering).
