Immediate start - Initial 3 month contract with likely extension
$34.59ph + super
Goulburn location, parking available on site
Admin experience essential and Excel skills
Must have outstanding customer service
THE ROLE:
1. Processing accounts receivable invoices
2. Responding to enquiries over the phone and email
3. Preparing reports and monthly statements for customers
4. Following up outstanding accounts
5. Ensuring efficient and accurate record keeping
6. Data entry
ABOUT YOU:
1. Demonstrated commitment in providing a high level of customer service and the ability to deal with stressful and emotional situations, whilst being highly motivated and enthusiastic
2. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
3. Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
4. Excellent written and verbal communication
5. Self-driven, adaptable, resilient and be able to use initiative to make sound decisions
6. Team player
