They pride themselves with outstanding customer service, whilst delivering this with care, compassion, and respect.The PositionReporting to the Finance Manager, you will:Manage end-to-end payroll administration, management, and reporting.Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions.Compile data and prepare a variety of reports for management.Ensure General Ledger reconciliations, as detailed by the Finance, are accurate and timely to support the preparation of the monthly Management accounts.Reconcile the bank accounts regularly during the month.Assist with interim and final annual financial audits.Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.The PersonTo be successful in this role you will have:Minimum of 2 years payroll experience.Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.Sound accounting and/or financial knowledge and/or accounting systems experience including accounts payable software systems.Working knowledge of and experience in Trimicro or other payroll software.Excellent and demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Well-developed problem solving and time management skills.A current Police Check (mandatory).The Offer:This is an awesome opportunity to contribute to the overall success of this community services NFP organisation.
