As our Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading our service team, ensuring the highest quality of automotive maintenance and repair services for our valued customers. The role: Supervise, manage and lead the service team, ensuring smooth workflow, high-quality service, and efficient operations with a “First Time Fix” service culture. Providing technical expertise to diagnose complex issues, provide technical guidance to technicians, and ensure accurate and efficient repairs. Ensure positive Customer interactions, address their concerns, and provide expert advice on necessary repairs and maintenance. Maintain rigorous quality control standards, ensuring all repairs and services meet Subaru's specifications and exceed customer expectations. Conduct training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of your service technician team, keeping up-to-date with the latest Subaru technologies and service techniques. You will have: Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Technician in a Service centre. Demonstrated Leadership Skills, mentoring, and team management. Technical Proficiency and indepth knowledge, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers. Demonostrated problem-solving skills to address complex automotive issues effectively. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
