We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate the company’s brand and drive business growth.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
* Create and manage content across various channels including digital, print, and social media
* Oversee the company's social media presence and online marketing campaigns
* Develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
* Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored marketing collateral and support lead generation
* Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and industry expos
* Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
* Update and maintain the company’s website and ensure it aligns with current marketing strategies
* Manage external agencies and vendors for advertising, PR, and creative support
* Assist in the development of budgets for marketing initiatives
Mandatory Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, social media, SEO, and content creation
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Creative mindset with a passion for design and the interiors industry
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and CRM software
Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, plus superannuation, for a minimum of 38 hours per week.
