Responsibilities
Reporting to the Billing Operations Manager in a small team of 3, you'll be responsible for:
Data Management & CollaborationProducing estimate reads and handling missing data requests from external data providers Investigating billing errors and liaising with meter data providers to resolve issues Managing shared billing mailboxes and ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including site managers, meter readers, network providers and LPE software providers Billing Operations & InvestigationsDeveloping a thorough understanding of the LPE billing software for effective resolution and investigation of issues Coordinate the end-to-end generation, reconciliation and distribution of bills to LPE customers Reviewing and resolving billing tickets and collaborating with internal teams for efficient resolutions Documentation & Process ImprovementAssisting with updating and maintaining billing procedures and documentation Ensuring detailed and accurate records for all customer accounts and billing profiles Key Capabilities
