About the Role:
In this exciting role within the Community Recovery Services (CRS), you’ll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team of nurses, allied health professionals, psychiatry registrars, and consultant psychiatrists, all dedicated to transforming lives. While primarily based in CRS, your expertise may be called upon across all Adult Community Mental Health Services to meet operational needs.
You'll manage a diverse caseload of clients facing complex mental health challenges, providing recovery-focused, strengths-based clinical case management to enhance their well-being and functionality in the community. Collaborating closely with an allocated psychiatrist and a supportive team, you’ll deliver impactful, face-to-face care, fostering a partnership with clients, families, and various service providers to achieve the best outcomes.
As a key team member, you'll not only provide high-quality interventions with limited supervision but also contribute to multidisciplinary processes, mentor RN1s, RN2s, enrolled nurses, and students, and engage in professional development. Additionally, you’ll undertake Clozapine training, supporting the delivery of our vital Clozapine Clinic. Join us in this rewarding journey to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve!
