The company is expecting continued growth over the next 12 months, opening positions for a new Site Foreman and Site Manager to play key roles within the team.
About the Role
Supported by the Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading a team of 2-15 labourers, skilled trades, and subcontractors,
2. Driving productivity through onsite organisation,
3. Managing the scope of works and reporting on progress,
4. Implementing safety procedures & processes,
5. Auditing work to ensure quality,
6. Presenting well to subcontractors & clients,
7. Developing solutions for onsite problems.

Desired Qualifications
1. Trade Certificate or Construction Diploma,
2. General Construction Certificate - White Card,
3. First Aid Certificate,
4. Forklift Licence,
5. Work Safely at Heights Certificate,
6. EWP (Elevated Work Platform) Licence - Yellow Card,
7. 2 – 5 years in a similar position.
