The ideal candidate will ensure that effective systems are established to guarantee that all products and processes meet the required standards for Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental compliance, while also satisfying customer and regulatory requirements.The Quality Manager will create and coordinate advancements in technical practices through analysis, communication, and the facilitation of continuous improvement activities.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate the current policies and processes of the Quality Management System (QMS) for effectiveness and empower the design of the QMS by sharing your expert insights on innovative new policies and procedures.Develop and validate complex new test methods and procedures for a product or operations segment, incorporating new technologies and meeting changing organizational, customer, and/or regulatory requirements.Engage stakeholders by understanding their needs and concerns.
Organize meetings and create materials that promote understanding and commitment.Lead and support a small team of technical staff while fostering a culture of accountability and skill development.
Provide guidance and assistance to the operational team, raising awareness and focusing on solutions.Assess health, safety, and environmental performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take action to address any non-compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.About youDegree qualification in food science or relevant experience in a similar role within FMCGExperience in implementing and maintaining 3rd Party and Regulatory Quality Management Standards within an FMCG environmentStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, being able to facilitate change through continuous improvement activitiesSound knowledge of laboratory, quality, and environmental management systems.Brings a fun, fresh personality and a can-do attitude to the site Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
