REVENUE ANALYST – REVENUE & DISTRIBUTION

As our Revenue Analyst reporting to the Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for controlling the inventory of the hotel to ensure all market segments are maximised both in Occupancy and Average Daily Rate.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build relationship with distribution partners to proactively identify yielding opportunities.
A few of your responsibilities:
* Provides focused guidance relating to the quantities of rooms permitted, this includes Casino bookings as well as the dates and other restrictions which would qualify a group in accordance with revenue management guidelines.
* Assist Revenue Manager to effectively execute revenue management strategies on an ongoing basis.
* Provides and receives continuous feedback on revenue management efforts through clearly defined departmental metrics.
* Provides hands-on development of interim forecasting and yielding model as well as continual refinements. Effectively communicates these with operational team.
* Establish relationships, provide support and practical maintenance of all distribution channels; to include company websites, guest services, and all third-party mechanisms such as OTA, wholesalers and GDS.
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience in revenue analysis within the Hotel accommodation and food & beverage sectors
* Strategic thinking with the ability to increase revenue & yield for venues by working closely with venue mangers, including regular venue optimisation meetings
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights

You have a proven track record in a Revenue Analyst, Reservation or Front Office role within the Hotel space and Food & Beverage industry. You are a clear and concise communicator who manages their time and demonstrates the ability to prioritise effectively.
