This role gives an opportunity to grow within an exciting company and enhance your progression as a Business Analyst. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Work with IT teams to create and implement efficient solutions. Assist in configuring software to support the onboarding of new clients. Contribute to the design and improvement of workflows and business processes. Support data analysis and integration with internal and third-party systems. Skills and Qualifications: At least 3 years experience working as a Business Analyst. Background with Insurance or Mortgages is preferable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with requirements gathering and documentation. Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and testing processes. Proficiency in project management concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
