Role Overview Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, this role offers the perfect blend of strategic and hands-on responsibilities. As the HR-BP, you'll play a critical role in shaping HR strategies, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and support long-term growth. Succession Planning: Develop and maintain effective succession plans for key management roles. Employee Relations & Compliance: Offer expert guidance on performance management, HR policies, and compliance with employment laws. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for senior roles, ensuring the best talent is hired and prepared for success. Learning & Development: Manage content creation and operations for the company's e-learning platform within UKG. Organisational Support: Provide HR advice and support to stores, handling end-to-end processes and queries raised through the One Stop Shop. Change Management: Oversee organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and team transitions. Visa Management: Handle visa processes for international applicants and current team members. Workers Compensation: Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective resolution. About You You're a seasoned HR professional with a retail background and a passion for driving people-focused solutions. You bring: 4 years of HR experience in a retail or similar fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws, award rates, and industry compliance. A proven ability to manage change and foster employee development. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
