Job Description
We are seeking experienced and qualified Chefs to join our team as part of one of the country's largest and most diverse Chef Teams.

About the Role
* Work across multiple sites within our Energy & Resources portfolio in Queensland, including Townsville and Rockhampton.
* Enjoy a structured permanent roster with 14 days on, 7 days off (11 Hour) rotation.

Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Working with your team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites.
* Preparing and cooking meals across all sections of the kitchen.
Requirements
* Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5 years of validity
* Able to work autonomously and be flexible/adaptable
* Previous FIFO Chef experience is desired but not essential; previous experience in mass-catering environments highly desirable
* Australian Citizenship or full working rights in Australia
* National Police Check required (dated within the last 6 months)
