About the Role The Documentation Analyst will be responsible for the preparation and issuance of Letters of Offer for Corporate, Institutional & Commercial customers. You will work closely with business stakeholders (Relationship Credit/Management teams and internal Legal), to ensure the Letters of Offer are prepared in accordance with instructions/associated artefacts and are consistent with ANZ Legal guidelines.

What will your day look like? As the Documentation Analyst, you will be accountable for:
Accurate and timely preparation of Letters of Offer, ensuring they are consistent with instructions and product/legal guidelines. Building and maintaining good collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders (Relationship Managers, Legal etc). Contributing to a collaborative team environment within the Client Documentation team and the broader Institutional Australia business. Ensuring self-compliance with all documented processes, procedures and policies. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong experience in Letter of Offer contract preparation, review or management is required. Understanding of the E2E credit process and lending principles; knowledge/understanding of ANZ loan products and systems is essential. Demonstrated ability to deliver superior service and meet competing demands. Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to use initiative, work autonomously and manage time & priorities. Experience in developing, building, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. Adaptable and flexible to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity.
