The M&C team is responsible for developing and executing the membership strategy, ensuring a compelling value proposition that positions the AICD for sustained growth.
This includes integrating the thought leadership and influence of International, Sector Leads, and Board Diversity into the broader membership experience.The M&C team is focused on maintaining high levels of member engagement by offering valuable and relevant products, programs, and events that align with members' needs.The Events and Sponsorship team are responsible for ensuring the world-class delivery and reputation of the AICD's events program, whilst ensuring consistent and high-quality interactions with members and key stakeholders - including developing key sponsors that align with AICD's strategic objectives.About The RoleAs the Events Producer, you will be at the forefront of executing a diverse range of impactful national events and initiatives, playing a critical role in shaping the AICD's member and client experience.
By leveraging expertise in content creation, event management lifecycle, speaker research, and stakeholder management, it will ensure high-quality, seamless event development and delivery that truly resonate with attendees.Key ResponsibilitiesYour remit will be broad and include: Drive the planning, preparation, and execution of the regionally and nationally coordinated events program and initiatives, Australia wide.Proactively anticipate event member, delegate, and attendee needs so that expectations can be surpassed with an enhanced experience.Collaboratively design the events program to develop the themes, content, deliverables, required speakers, scheduling, and budget for initiatives.Cultivate professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, or vendors to ensure continuous alignment and open communication.Provide performance, analytics, insights, and reporting to inform decision making.Work with key stakeholders to optimise quality, impact, and effectiveness of events (NPS and evaluation measures).Advocate for best practice and proactively participate in process improvement and review.Manage and monitor financial budgets.Accurately maintain the CRM system, data, and records.Update and monitor the schedule of events and initiatives to ensure accuracy.About YouDesired Skills and ExperienceYou will have strong technical aptitude and previous relevant experience, and you will champion the AICD values of: Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Collaboration.
