**About Bonnie Support Services**
Bonnie Support Services is a highly regarded not-for-profit organisation that has been assisting women—both with and without children—who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and domestic or family violence for 50 years.
The organisation is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. It is governed by up to seven Board of Directors elected by its members in accordance with the Constitution.
The Board meets six to seven times per year, plus quarterly financial meetings with the CEO and Head of Finance. These meetings are conducted both online and in-person.

We invite applications from women who have:
* Previous experience on a Board
* An understanding of the challenges faced by women in the housing and homelessness system
* Finance and risk management expertise
We also welcome candidates with knowledge or experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Philanthropy and fundraising
* Human resource management
* Government policy and programmes
