We are a leading employer in Townsville seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our ICT projects.
About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and manage project planning activities, coordinating all aspects of the project from ideation to completion.
* Develop and implement project-specific programs to achieve milestones.
* Mitigate project-related risk through risk identification and due diligence on vendor relations, financial, staff resourcing, reporting, and deviations from scope, schedule, or budget.
* Ensure effective change management processes for projects and contribute to the development of change plans with change managers for quality outputs.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivery management, contract/vendor administration, and budget management for complex services and IT projects. They will be a proven leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong organisation and prioritisation abilities.
What We Offer
This is an initial 6-month contract with hybrid flexibility and potential for extension. You will be remunerated at market rates with weekly pay cycles and no agency fees.
