About the Position: In this role, you will play a key part in the financial operations of our business, ensuring accurate management of financial records and trust accounts. You will support both the sales team and other internal stakeholders by managing various financial tasks, depending on your experience, this could include any or all of the following: Maintaining accurate financial records, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger entries. Processing fortnightly payroll, including superannuation, PAYG summaries. Administering and managing trust accounts in accordance with trust agreements, processing sales receipts, disbursements and reports. Processing supplier payments, ensuring all financial transactions are completed on time. Collaborating with banks, vendors, solicitors, and property managers to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. About You: To excel in this role, you will be a proactive self-starter who is highly organized and capable of managing multiple financial tasks simultaneously. You are someone who enjoys problem-solving, mastering a process, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records. Ideally, you possess: Proficiency in financial software and strong Excel skills. Previous experience with trust accounts and CRM systems (beneficial but not mandatory). Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities, with the ability to manage competing tasks (we'll help you with that!).
