Amidst exciting growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Repair Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis.About the Role Due to the company's growth, they are seeking an experienced assessing team leader and/or a senior assessor looking to progress within their career. Review SOW for complex claims, all re-roof SOWs and claims over $100k Offer guidance on compliance and warranty requirements in accordance with the National Construction Code and Australian Standards Follow-up assessors on outstanding/overdue claims Implement new internal insurance processes Provide mentorship to team members and hold one-on-one meetings with the assessment team Address complex claims and escalations with insurance companies Conduct site visits with assessors to observe their processes Spot opportunities for improvement to enhance performance Assess sick leave, timesheets, and annual leave Assist in other departments when required About You 4+ years experience in a similar role with an insurance builder Senior assessors currently mentoring team members Experience working for an insurance or residential builder Proven ability to lead and mentor team members What's on Offer: Full-time role Choose to work 80% remotely or from the office Salary up to 130k + super + car + laptop & phone If you are interested in progressing your interest in this role, please click on the APPLY NOW button and register your details.
