The Multimedia Team at InvoCare Shared Services Centre in Morningside are hiring a Multimedia Assistant.

The Multimedia Assistant is primarily responsible for producing customised documents and digital presentations for distribution and playback before, during and after funeral services across Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
The Multimedia Assistant also provides technical support for the CSP video tribute program both internally and externally.
This role does not require attendance at funerals and will be based at our Shared Services Centre in Morningside on a Full Time basis (Monday to Friday).
Duties of a Multimedia Assistant include: Under the direction of the Multimedia Officer, design and create video, audio, interactive and web-based content, customised to meet the needs of each client.
Liaise with internal staff and external clients to gather content for multimedia production.
Source multimedia content from external resources as required.
In collaboration with the Shared Services team, coordinate the distribution of printed and digital materials both physically and electronically.
Provide advice to internal staff on audio/video design, content and production.
Provide technical advice and support to internal staff in relation to all digital products.
Act as the point of contact for the resolution of technical issues relating to delivery of the video tribute program.
Maintain multimedia resources on Sharepoint, ensuring that resources are up-to-date and reflect a high-quality product.
Ensure records are created and managed according to the InvoCare records management policies and procedures.
Inventory management of production materials About you: It will be advantageous if you have high computer literacy and experience with digital photo/video production/editing, proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office products and Youtube.
