About the opportunity
Reporting to the HR Business Partner and working collaboratively with the wider People, Learning and Culture team, this position will provide quality HR services and solutions. The position will support and advise the frontline Healthy Ageing Managers on various Human Resources functions including award interpretation, recruitment, workforce planning, change management, performance management, grievance management, reporting and ad-hoc projects. Some local and interstate travel may be required as part of this position.

* Relevant experience working in a HR environment and/or administration experience.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing high-priority tasks.

* A pro-active attitude and a desire to learn.
* Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
