What You'll Be DoingThe Junior Medical Officer (JMO) Unit at Coffs Harbour Health Campus is an award-winning, dynamic hub dedicated to nurturing the next generation of medical professionals.
The JMO Manager position is responsible for managing and providing administrative support for the non-specialist medical workforce of Coffs Clinical Network.
The JMO Manager is responsible for all aspects of HR Management including workforce planning, recruitment, and retaining junior medical officers and assisting Junior Medical Officers in developing a successful career.
About YouDo you have relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience and effective communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers?
