We're on the hunt for a Retail Supervisor to lead the #GhandaGang in Margaret River, WA!
About us:Born out of Torquay, VIC in the early 2000s with nothing but a dream to design and deliver a collection of affordable, high-quality garments not yet met by the market, Ghanda Clothing has quickly become a household name, as the largest 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand.
Our success has been built on our ability to offer superior quality, locally designed garments at an affordable price, whilst delivering an unbeatable customer service experience. The shared values and collaboration between our store and Head Office support teams has seen us grow to over 100 locations across the nation and we aren't slowing down any time soon!

With demonstrated leadership experience - who leads from the front, empowers their team, and embodies a leadership style in line with our organizational values
Who thinks customer first, nails the fundamentals and takes retail seriously
With similar experience in a retail/hospitality, though this is not a deal-breaker. At Ghanda we value the right attitude over experience!
A day in the life:As a RETAIL SUPERVISOR you will have direct responsibility for:
Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 30 team members
Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction
Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels throughout the store to maximize return on floor space
Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance
Ensuring customers receive prompt service and high-quality goods and services
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints about goods and services
Planning and preparing work schedules, and assigning staff to specific duties
Interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, dismissing, and promoting staff, as well as resolving staff grievances
Instructing staff on handling difficult and complex sales procedures
Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate actions
