Guest Services Assistant

As a Guest Services Assistant you will play an important role in providing our clients with a distinctive client experience. Guest Services works closely with other Business Services teams to ensure a high-quality and effortless experience that sets us apart from our competitors. You will have the support and resources to enhance your skills to provide World-Class Service at White & Case.
The Guest Services Assistant will work closely with our Office Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring our facilities are always immaculate and that both meeting rooms and communal staff areas are clean, tidy, and set up ready for use by internal and external clients as required. You will be a strong team player, actively seeking to improve working processes, anticipate needs and taking the next step.

Key Responsibilities
1. Setting up meeting rooms/function spaces for meetings and events.
2. Taking tea and coffee orders, preparing, and delivering to room.
3. Clearing rooms upon completion of a meeting or event, rearranging furniture, and making sure the space is clean and tidy for the next meeting/event.
4. Assisting with the co-ordination of video conference and conference call set up.
5. Keeping front of office and back of office kitchens/staff break out areas clean and tidy.
6. Covering reception when Receptionist is not there.
7. Ordering, maintaining and restocking office supplies.
8. Assist Office Operations Manager and back of office team in General Office administration or other ad hoc requests as required.
The skills and attributes we are looking for
You are a professional, well presented, customer service orientated individual with a background in hospitality and a strong passion for customer service. Ideally, you will also have:
9. 2+ years of proven working experience in a hospitality/customer service role
10. Barista license (preferred)
11. RSA (preferred)
12. Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
13. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
14. Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
15. Ability to be flexible and work overtime for special program events.
