Job Description
This leadership role requires a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment by recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume premium establishment
* A solutions-focused approach with a desire to build a great team focused on process and product
* Exemplary management skills and ability to work autonomously
* Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control
* A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Key Responsibilities
Manage all kitchen operations, including:
* Developing and maintaining a positive and inclusive working environment
* Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team
* Managing labour and cost of goods
* Ensuring food standards are met through detailed mystery shopper programs
