Our clients core business includes containers, general & refrigerated freight services between Port Lincoln and Adelaide with regular services interstate. The company has a strong focus on providing a quality reliable service ensuring they meet their clients expectations. The business is still a privately owned and operated, family company operated from their head office in Port Lincoln.
About the role:
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Port Lincoln head office on a permanent full-time basis, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. Paid overtime will be required occasionally.
Responsibilities include:
* Customer Service; Assisting customers in Direct Pickups
* Phone calls and correspondence across the business
* Phone calls and customer interaction
* Assisting other departments with anything administration related
* Filing and general administration
* Data entry
About you:
* Transport & Logistics experience or similar highly desired
* Advanced administrative and systems skills
* Previous administrative and data entry experience
* Full working rights in Australia
* Attention to detail
