We're partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to support a major period of systems change and improvement. Working in a centralised finance systems function, you'll contribute across support, maintenance and development activities – ensuring the finance systems are running smoothly, fit-for-purpose, and evolving with the business.
Key Responsibilities: Part of a team supporting finance system queries, access requests, and issue resolution Supporting both finance and non-finance teams with systems advice, process guidance and ongoing training Managing day-to-day functional administration and maintenance of the ERP Monitoring compliance of system processes to accounting standards and internal controls Maintaining up-to-date documentation of systems processes and changes Assisting on finance system integrations and project-based initiatives Designing, testing, and implementing enhancements and new functionality Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage changes, and improve the user experience About You: Minimum 2yrs experience supporting a core ERP (Finance modules) Background supporting large ERP systems in complex business environments Good understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, assets, etc.) and how they operate within a system Proven experience across both BAU support and systems project delivery Comfortable managing competing priorities and engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders High attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving How do your skills match this job?
