Technical Administration Officer
This is an entry-level position that requires administration, records management, or document control experience. The successful candidate will provide support to the Configuration and Data Management Team for the Jindalee Over the Horizon Network (JORN) platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide document control and data management support to overall program products and services.
* Standardize and edit documentation.
* Coordinate reviews of documentation.
* Deliver documents to external parties.
* Interact with document authors to ensure that data is generated according to schedule and requirements.
* Contribute to the administration of technical reviews and working groups.
* Progress change items through the review and configuration management process.
* Assist with coordination of problem identification, registering and disposition.

* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proficient user of Windows-based computer systems.
