Upper North Shore Location Interesting and Varied Work $70k - $75k Super Our client is a busy new car dealership located on the upper North Shore. They have a vacancy for an Administration Support Clerk in their admin team. The dealership is part of a larger group and offers security of tenure, interesting work, career advancement opportunities and a friendly working environment. In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will require previous experience as an Administration Clerk or Deal Processor, gained in a franchised new car dealership. You must be reliable and seeking a long term career position. In addition, you will have strong communication skills and have a knowledge of Excel. You will have knowledge of Accounts functions, primarily Accounts Payable. Duties will include: Processing of New and used vehicle deals Reconciling general ledger accounts Assisting in Accounts Payable Manage payment of Toll fines Collection of banking and other paperwork from around the dealership Backup support to the registration/stock control department Salary will be in the $70 to $75k range super, depending on experience.
