Role & responsibilities Below are some of the roles and responsibilities of job demands but are not limited to: Ensure all compliance paperwork for participants is completed by support workers across all shifts, taking necessary actions to maintain compliance standards.
Maintain updated appointments in the communication book.
Prepare daily reports for clients.
Manage and maintain the vehicle log book.
Scan and save paperwork in the system.
Undertake additional tasks as requested by the office.
Regularly update participants' care plans.
Ensure proper maintenance of company property and vehicles.
Manage grocery needs for participants on a weekly basis.
Assist participants with mobility and communication requirements.
Participate in individual care planning.
Observe and report changes in participants' conditions, and address any care-related complaints.
Assist with rehabilitation exercises, basic treatments, and medication delivery.
Community access with participants, incl.
shopping, medication pick-up & general hobbies Documenting participant progress & changes through detailed note-taking Administering medication where needed Meal preparation for participants where needed Providing emotional support and friendship.
