Auto Services is a rapidly expanding business, with two new branches scheduled to open before December and plans for further growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the adoption of technology to refine Auto Glass processes, boost margins, and enhance customer growth.Provide governance over vendors and suppliers, ensuring commercial competitiveness while seeking new business opportunities.Support and mentor the Auto Glass team across all branches, aligning our operations with the broader RACQ strategy.Work closely with various divisions to ensure cohesion and alignment with Group needs.About youYou will be passionate about driving change and fostering growth in a dynamic retail environment.3-5 years in a commercial retail business unit with multiple locations, with a strong focus on optimising systems and processes.Proven ability to integrate technology solutions that enhance financial, commercial, and customer performance.Strong financial judgment and a track record in business development and revenue growth.Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in reading, analysing, and interpreting data and financial reports.Why join RACQ?It is an exciting time to be part of RACQ as we continue our transformation towards better, smarter solutions that deliver more security and prosperity for Queenslanders.
