If you're looking for a role where you can level up, be heard, and do great work with great people, let’s chat.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring clear, proactive, and strategic communication.Lead client presentations, campaign reviews, and strategy discussions, delivering actionable insights and opportunities.Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing challenges, and aligning expectations.Collaborate with the media buying team to develop and refine digital advertising strategies across channels, including META, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.Act as a conduit between clients and the media buying team to ensure campaign strategies align with business objectives.Oversee the progress of campaigns, providing feedback and recommendations for optimisation based on performance data.Ensure cross-channel integration for a cohesive and impactful approach to performance and branding.Lead and manage the creative output, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.Work closely with internal creative teams to develop innovative, on-brand digital assets that engage target audiences across platforms.Guide the creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.Ensure creative concepts are data-driven and perform well across multiple channels, while continuously optimising for performance.Team and Stakeholder Collaboration:Communicate project deliverables, timelines, and expectations clearly to both clients and internal teams.Facilitate collaboration between clients, media buyers, and creative teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.Actively identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and grow client portfolios.Performance Analysis and ReportingAnalyse campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Craft detailed reports that articulate campaign results, identify key trends and inform future strategies.Collaborate with analytics teams to refine reporting processes and ensure a clear understanding of ROI and attribution principles.KPI (Competency Framework):Achieving and exceeding performance (CPA/CPL) and brand campaign targets.High client satisfaction through effective communication and measurable results.Timely delivery of campaign strategies, updates, and reports.Efficient coordination with the media buying team to maximise campaign success.Experience:Minimum 3 years of digital experience in an agency environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills to build relationships, manage client expectations, and articulate campaign strategies and results effectively.Experience with key paid digital channels, including META, TikTok and LinkedIn.Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and delivering results.Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio) and an understanding of key performance metrics.Desired Experience:Background in Search and Programmatic advertising and holistic media planning.Collaborative experience with external partners such as META, Google and TikTok.Familiarity with attribution modelling and advanced reporting techniques.Certifications in platforms such as Meta Blueprint, TikTok Ads or Google Ads.Personal Attributes:Client-Focused: Skilled in forming deep relationships and guiding clients toward marketing success.Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written skills for articulating results and ideas.Creative: Expertise in developing and overseeing high-quality, visually compelling ad creatives that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences across platforms.Critical Thinker: Solutions-oriented with a strategic mindset.Highly Organised: Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt to changing workloads.Analytical: Strong ability to understand numbers and articulate results.Collaborative: Works effectively both independently and in a team environment.Innovative: Passionate about digital marketing and continuously seeks improvement opportunities.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdvertisingIndustriesAdvertising Services
