This 6-month RACP-accredited training opportunity offers a unique opportunity in advanced oncology training within a leading not-for-profit private hospital.The Freemasons oncology unit features a purpose-built day oncology area, a short-stay/day medical unit, and a 40-bed inpatient ward. Trainees are supported by 5 senior oncologists, weekly consultant-led teaching sessions, and protected time for VMOTG Friday teaching and journal club.A formal mentorship program will guide you in selecting and completing a research project, with access to Epworth’s Research Directorate, clinical trial involvement, and biostatistics support for robust research outcomes.You'll actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings (including Gastrointestinal, UroOncology, Breast, and optional Head and Neck, Lung, and NeuroOncology), present cases, and contribute to audit activities, supported by Epworth's Quality and Audit Directorate.
