Job Description
The portfolio of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Indigenous) (DVCI) leads, guides, promotes and works with colleagues across the University in successfully enabling the University’s activity and initiatives in First Peoples learning and teaching, engagement and research innovation, in support of Griffith’s strategic plans.
Under broad direction, the Executive Support Officer will contribute to the efficient and effective operations of the portfolio through the provision of administrative and management support.
As Executive Support Officer, you will also:
* Provide high level administrative and executive support, including managing day to day operations.
* Provide project coordination of small-scale projects within established deadlines.
* Support governance activities and processes, coordinate and provide high level support to working parties/project teams, provide secretariat support and coordination of outcome actions.

You will also have:
* Relevant tertiary
qualifications
and subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
* Administrative and management support experience including scheduling appointments, managing executive calendars and overseeing office operations.
What we can offer
This is a continuing, full time position primarily based at Griffith University Logan. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith University’s campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 6 range $89,603 - $95,575 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $104,836 - $111,823 per annum.
