About the Role WorkPac is seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our client's team in Mt Thorley.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing heavy equipment and machinery used in mining operations.
This is a great opportunity to work with advanced technology and contribute to key projects.
Duties & Responsibilities Fabricate, assemble, and repair structural steel components and machinery parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform welding, cutting, and shaping of metal using various tools and equipment.
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and team members to meet project deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
Skills & Experience Required Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in a heavy industrial environment, preferably in mining or construction.
Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
