Role
This role will require expertise in Student administration and reception.The successful applicant will be highly experienced in organising and prioritising work to ensure that all office/school policies are understood and followed; work expectations, standards and deadlines are being met.
You will work independently and as part of a team under the supervision of the Office Manager with the focus of maintaining effective and informative communication with parents, staff, students, service providers and the wider school community.

Hours 8:30am ¿ 4:36pm Monday to Thursday
This is a leave replacement position with the potential to be extended.
Responsibilities
6. As the first point of contact to the school, provide a welcoming and professional environment for all parents, students, staff and visitors.
7. Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously and efficiently and forward messages in a timely manner.
8. Attend to reception enquiries and ensure correct screening and sign in of visitors.
9. Communicate in a positive and effective manner with staff, students, parents and the school community.
10. Efficient use of Compass system to support the Cases21 operations.
11. Process all new student enrolments, transfers and exits.
12. Monitor the visa status of students and liaise with families.
13. Monitor and update changes to family details.
14. Understanding of school policies, procedures and expectations and ensuring these are adhered to.
15. Awareness of the activities and events of the college in order to provide information to staff, students, parents and members of the wider community.
16. Maintain record systems, including computerised student and school records using Compass and Cases21.
17. Provide support to the First Aid Officer as required.
