We are currently looking for a Logistics Co-Ordinator whose key responsibility is to provide effective administration and hands on support in relation to branch logistics activities for local, interstate and services agents on logistics and store related matters.
The role will be based at our Eagle Farm office.
Key Accountabilities: Unloading, receipting, scanning, sorting & verification of deliveries from suppliers, OEMs, Service Partners and interstate AWA warehouses.Picking, packaging, manifest creation and dispatch or return of inventory to suppliers, Service Partners, OEMs and interstate AWA warehouses.Provide physical and system controls of inventory including appropriate registers/records to ensure full traceability and accountability of all stocks assigned to the branch operation. Perform all activities necessary to control the movement of inventory through the Citadel system including but not limited to transfer generation, transfer dispatch and in transit receiving.Accurate & timely movement of internal stock transfers to ensure that parts are available for technical staffEnsure inventory is accurately located within the warehouse management including cyclic stock counts as applicable for the various stock items.As the successful candidate you will possess: Minimum two years logistics and or warehouse/inventory controller experience;Forklift Licence (essential)The ability to work proactively and to effectively communicate and interact as part of a busy team;Demonstrated understanding of warehouse activity including the processes of product receipt, pick, pack and dispatch;A working knowledge of stock control principles in a high volume environment preferably in the electronics or spare parts industry would be an advantage.Computer literacy with good keyboard skills and familiarity with common logistics software applications; Experience using Barcode Scanners and other technologies for tracking stock movements;Clean and tidy worker with good attention to detail.A "do whatever it takes!" attitudeA salary package with salary sacrifice benefits will be offered to the successful applicant.
