Practice Information:The group operates multiple clinics across Queensland, providing a wide range of services with a strong focus on musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation for both chronic and acute conditions.
They are an NDIS registered provider and provide services to WorkCover, DVA, and private clients.
The practice offers both individual and group therapy sessions, with a commitment to holistic care.
Position Description: Patient Care & Treatment: Perform thorough assessments of patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy and other evidence-based treatments.Educate patients to understand their injury or condition.Conduct follow-up sessions to progress and adjust treatments.Service Delivery: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.Engage in one-on-one sessions, group rehabilitation classes, and home visits as required.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using clinic management software.Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with GPs, surgeons, and other external stakeholders to ensure cohesive care plans.Participate in case reviews and team meetings.Offer clear communication to patients and their families.Professional Development & Clinic Contribution: Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practice through ongoing professional development.Uphold the organisation's core values of providing exceptional care.Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.Full / Limited AHPRA registration.Relevant experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury management, or rehabilitation is desirable.Strong diagnostic, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to conduct home visits and outreach work when needed.Hours: 38 hours per week (negotiable).Salary Information: $70,000 - $120,000 per annum.Performance BonusAbout Charters Towers:Based in Charters Towers, North Queensland, a thriving regional town supporting various industries.
