Options Consulting Group is partnering with a highly regarded organisation in the steel manufacturing sector to find a talented Executive Assistant for their Managing Director.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support senior leadership in a fast-paced and evolving business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level support to the Managing Director, including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Act as the main liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.
Assist with project management tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and liaise with internal team.
Manage incoming correspondence, prioritising urgent matters.
Key Experience & Skills:
8+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role.
Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work and manage tasks independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
